QCan I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A: Yes. We can look after it for you. Please let us know at the front desk.
QWhat are the front desk hours?
A: The front desk is open from 6:30am to 10pm. Outside of these hours, please call 070-4221-1898 (for guests staying on the day or in a hurry). Reservations by phone are only available from 7am to 10pm.
QIs there a parking lot?
AThere are several parking spaces in front of the hotel. It costs 500 yen per night. We do not accept reservations in advance. If the parking lot is full, we will guide you to a nearby paid parking lot, so please ask the front desk.
QCan I send luggage from the hotel?
A: Yes. We accept cash on delivery via Yamato Transport.
Q: What time can I have breakfast? I would like to leave at 7:00.
A Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 9:00 in the Dining area on the first floor. However, breakfast times can be adjusted from around 6:45. Please ask at the front desk if you would like to change your breakfast time.
QIs there ice?
A: Yes. There is an ice machine in the dining area, so please feel free to use it.
Q: There is no hot water in the guest room.
AWe are very sorry for the inconvenience. It may be difficult to get hot water to come out, so please leave the water running for a while and it will become hot.
