Wineries

Yamanashi Prefecture, which is the number one grape producer in Japan and known as the birthplace of Japanese wine, is home to approximately 80 wineries.
We also recommend visiting wineries to find your favorite wine.
Travel Inn Kofu is within walking distance from Kofu Station, so you can take the train and enjoy wine tasting to your heart's content at the winery!

 

Katsunuma Brewery
The winery is known for making wine using only Koshu grapes.

Soryu Wine
Founded in 1899, Soryu offers authentic wine, additive-free wine, and the 1.8L bottles of wine commonly seen in Yamanashi.

They continue to pursue the creation of excellent wine grapes by cultivating them in a way that suits the characteristics of the variety and the land. The "Kuranooto" series is a cloudy wine characterized by a fresh taste. It is recommended because it is easy to drink and easy to try even for those who do not like wine. You can get a panoramic view of the Kofu Basin from the shop!
